How LimnMake collects, uses, shares and protects your data — and how you delete it.

This policy applies whenever you browse, create an account, or sign in to LimnMake. By creating an account you agree to this policy. If you don't have an account, only anonymous usage statistics are collected.
What we collect
•Account information — your name, email address, and role when you create an account or sign in.
•Content you create — scripts, prompts, uploaded images and audio, generated videos, images, designs, and the settings you choose for them.
•Usage information — basic analytics about how the studio is used (for example, which features are popular), which never includes the content of your projects.
•Billing information — payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not see or store your full card number.
How we use your data
•To provide the service — generate your videos, images, designs and audio, save your projects, and manage your credits and subscription.
•To communicate with you — service updates, security notices, and confirmations you request (such as account deletion).
•To improve the studio — aggregated usage statistics help us decide what to build next.
•We never sell your personal data, and we never use your private projects to train anything.
Sharing & processing
•AI rendering providers receive the prompts, reference images and settings needed to generate your content — nothing more.
•Our payment provider processes checkout and subscription charges.
•Email delivery providers send the messages described above.
•Apart from these processors acting on our instructions, your data is not shared with third parties unless required by law.
Retention
•Your projects and assets are kept while your account is active, including items in your trash until the trash is purged.
•Everything else is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.
•You can erase your data at any time using the tools on this page — deletion is immediate and permanent.
Your rights
•Access & export — everything you create is visible and downloadable from your dashboards and studios.
•Correction — your profile details can be changed in Settings at any time.
•Erasure — the tools on this page permanently delete your personal data and let you request full account closure.
•Questions or objections — reach us from the app and a human will answer.
Security & changes
•Your data is stored with access controls, and accounts are protected by the sign-in provider.
•If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
•This service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
